How do I check what is actually in a vial?
Every batch is tested by a named third-party lab: purity by HPLC and identity by mass spectrometry, with net peptide content disclosed. Look up any batch number on the Verify page to see its certificate of analysis.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before noon Pacific ship the same day by USPS Priority, arriving in about three days. Shipping is free over $200. See Shipping and returns for details.
What if an order is lost or damaged in transit?
We reship anything lost, stuck, or damaged in transit, no questions asked. Opened or used product is final, which is standard for research chemicals.
Which payment methods do you accept?
A familiar card checkout, plus direct crypto, Zelle, CashApp, ACH, and wire as backups. Paying with crypto earns a 10% discount.
