Signal keeps the minimum information an order requires, protects it, and never sells it. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
We collect only what is needed to process, ship, and support an order: your name, shipping and billing details, contact information, and the record of what you purchased. Payment details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored on our servers.
How we use it
Your information is used to fulfill and support your order, to prevent fraud, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
What we never do
Customer information is never sold or rented. It is shared only with the partners required to ship your package and process your payment, and only to the extent needed to do so.
Discreet by default
Packaging is neutral and unbranded, with no product or category labeling on the outside. Order records are handled confidentially and in line with applicable data-protection laws.
Retention and your choices
