Shipping and Returns
Signal compounds and ships from within the United States, so there is no customs risk and no long wait. Here is exactly what to expect.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders placed before noon Pacific ship the same day by USPS Priority. Delivery typically takes about three days within the United States. Lyophilized products ship at room temperature, which is standard and defensible for these materials; ice packs are available as optional peace of mind, not a cold-chain guarantee.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout, and it is free on orders over $200. The cost is shown before you pay, with no surprises.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in neutral, unbranded packaging with no product or category labeling on the outside.
The reship guarantee
If a package is lost, held, or damaged in transit, we will reship it free, no questions asked. Signal absorbs the shipping risk so you never pay for a delivery failure.
Returns
Because these are research materials, all sales are final on any product that has been opened or used. If something arrives wrong or damaged, contact support@signalcompounds.com and we will make it right.
