Signal holds every product to a fixed, published quality specification. Purity, identity, and net peptide content are measured by a named third-party lab and printed on a certificate anyone can look up by batch number. This page is that standard, in full.
Before a product earns the Signal name, it has to pass every line below. Two additional assays apply to premium batches.

Premium batches carry sterility and endotoxin testing in addition to the release checks above. Standard batches are never represented as sterility tested. Purity is reported against total peak area by HPLC, and Signal does not publish a perfect 100% figure, because no real assay returns one.
Two details separate a real certificate from a marketing claim. Signal makes both explicit.
Purity and identity are not the same test. HPLC measures how pure a sample is, as a percentage of total peak area. Mass spectrometry confirms that the pure material is the intended molecule. A vial can be highly pure of the wrong compound, so Signal reports both, on every batch.
Purity is not potency. A vial can read 99% pure and still contain less peptide than its label suggests, because of residual water and salt counter-ions left from synthesis. Signal measures the actual milligrams of peptide in the vial and prints that figure on the certificate. Almost no competitor shows it.
Testing only means something if the result is independent. Every batch is analyzed by a named third-party laboratory, and its certificate is published to the lab's own database. The batch number is printed on the vial. Scan the code or enter the number, and the record comes straight from the lab. Signal cannot edit it, and cannot take it down.
Handling
Quality is protected all the way to the bench. Every vial is vacuum sealed and inspected before it leaves. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature and ship that way, which is standard and defensible. Ice packs are available as peace of mind, not a cold-chain promise. Orders are packed discreetly, with no peptide branding on the outside.
Anything lost, stuck, or damaged in transit is reshipped, no questions asked. The customer never absorbs a Signal shipping failure.
Opened or used product is final, which is reasonable and standard for research chemicals.
The same care applied to product quality applies to customer data.
Signal keeps the minimum information needed to process, ship, and support an order, and no more.
Customer information is never sold or rented. It is shared only with the partners required to ship the package and process payment.
Packaging is neutral and unbranded, and order records are handled confidentially, in line with applicable data-protection laws.
